About Pearlwick
Light first, poses never
Hello, I'm June
I started Pearlwick Weddings ten years ago with one belief: the best wedding photographs are the ones nobody posed for. Since then I've shot over three hundred celebrations — rooftops, chapels, deserts, one memorable lighthouse — and the belief has only hardened.
My approach is quiet and documentary with an editorial eye. I'll arrange your timeline around the light, keep family portraits to twenty painless minutes, and otherwise disappear into the day — so your gallery feels like the wedding, not a shoot.
Based everywhere your love story takes us. Currently booking next season.
How It Works
Three steps, zero stress
01
The Conversation
A long call about your people, your place and your priorities. If we're a fit, your date is reserved with a signed agreement and a small retainer.
02
The Planning
A timeline built around light, not tradition. Venue walk-throughs, shot lists that fit on one page, and an engagement session to get comfortable.
03
The Day & After
Full-day, unobtrusive coverage, a preview within 48 hours, and your complete hand-edited gallery in four to six weeks.
Every Frame, Hand Finished
No batch filters, no outsourced edits. Each delivered photograph passes across my own desk for color, tone and careful retouching — warm skin, honest greens, and light that glows without ever looking fake.
It's slow work and I'm unapologetic about it. The presets I sell in the shop are the exact starting points I built for my own galleries.
Kind Words
"Calm, invisible, and then — magic. Our gallery feels like memory itself."
"The family portraits took fifteen minutes. Fifteen! My mother still talks about it."
"Worth every penny for the golden-hour portraits alone. Book her before someone else does."
